US Gold Medals - Swimming - Michael Phelps

Michael Phelps was the one to win the first gold medal for USA on Athens 2004 Olympic Games. But he didn’t stop at that - and has won all in all 6 medals.
Michael Phelps says: I started swimming when I was 6-years-old. I swim everyday for about two to two-and-a-half hours. I do doubles on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the school year and then Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the summer.
No wonder he is now a true national hero!
